我每周从政府公开记录里整理新出现的华人商家，挑出约 10 条精选：店名、地址、行业，以及他们可能需要的服务。适合会计报税、商业保险、收银系统、商业贷款、商业地产和营销公司，在商家刚起步、还没选好服务商的时候就找到他们。Every week I go through public government records and pick out about 10 new Chinese-owned businesses: name, address, industry, and the services they're likely to need. Built for accountants, insurance brokers, POS vendors, business lenders, commercial real estate agents and marketing agencies who want to reach these businesses early, before they've chosen their providers.
不是一堆原始数据。每条我都人工看过，告诉你这是什么生意、值不值得联系。Not a raw data dump. I review every entry and tell you what kind of business it is and whether it's worth reaching out.
商家名称、地址和邮编，并标注是店面还是家庭办公。Business name, address and ZIP, noting whether it's a storefront or a home office.
餐馆、零售、承包商、贸易、物业管理等。看不出来的写“不明”，不硬猜。Restaurant, retail, contractor, trading, property management and more. If it's unclear, I say so instead of guessing.
比如新餐馆通常需要收银系统、商业保险、会计和外卖营销，一眼判断是不是你的客户。A new restaurant usually needs POS, insurance, bookkeeping and delivery marketing, so you can tell at a glance if it fits.
每条标注高或中两档。拿不准的不放进精选。Each entry is rated high or medium. Anything I'm unsure about stays out.
每条注明出现的日期，让你知道有多新。Every entry is dated, so you know how fresh it is.
老商家开新业务、同一地址多家、本身是会计或保险同行等情况，都会注明。Existing businesses adding a new line, several businesses at one address, or ones that are themselves accountants or insurers: all flagged.

No. You get the business name, address and industry, but no contact details and never owners' personal names. You can visit, send mail, or look up the business's own public listings.

Not always. Some are open, some are still getting set up, and some are existing businesses adding a new line. I flag storefronts vs. home offices to help you decide who to contact first.
新开的会计、报税、保险商家也是新商家，会照常收录，但会明确标注“同行”，你可以直接跳过。
New accounting, tax and insurance firms are new businesses too, so they're included, but clearly flagged so you can skip them.
买来的名单大多是已经营业多年、被很多人联系过的商家。周报只放最近新出现的，而且每条都人工看过。
Bought lists are mostly established businesses that everyone has already contacted. This report only covers businesses that have just appeared, and every entry is reviewed by hand.
